If Yu Sleep isn’t delivering the results you expected, a few simple adjustments often make all the difference. Work through the checklist below before reaching out to support.

Quick Checklist

1

Check your dose

Are you taking 1–2 mL, 30 minutes before bed? Under-dosing is the most common reason for limited effectiveness. Use the included dropper to measure accurately — guessing often results in too little.
2

Check your timing

Yu Sleep works best when taken 30 minutes before you intend to sleep, not hours before. Taking it too early means the active ingredients peak before you’re actually in bed and ready to wind down.
3

Review your sleep environment

Is your room dark, cool (ideally 16–19 °C / 60–67 °F), and quiet? Even an effective supplement can’t overcome a disruptive sleep environment. Consider blackout curtains, a white noise machine, or earplugs if your bedroom isn’t optimised for sleep.
4

Reduce screen time before bed

Blue light from phones, tablets, and laptops suppresses your body’s natural melatonin production, actively working against Yu Sleep. Aim to put screens away at least 30–60 minutes before bed.
5

Be consistent

Have you taken Yu Sleep for at least 5–7 consecutive nights? Results build over time as your body acclimates to the formula. Skipping nights or varying your timing disrupts this process — stick to a regular schedule.

Common Issues

Start by confirming your dose. If you’ve been taking 1 mL, try increasing to 2 mL the following night. Next, check your timing — Yu Sleep should be taken 30 minutes before your intended bedtime, not 2 hours before you start winding down. Finally, avoid screens for at least one hour before bed, since blue light actively counters the supplement’s effect. If you’ve addressed all three factors and still see no improvement after 7 consecutive nights, contact support for a personalised recommendation.
Yu Sleep promotes deeper, more consolidated sleep cycles, but middle-of-the-night waking can also be caused by factors outside the supplement’s control — including sleep apnea, stress, a too-warm room, noise, or the need to use the bathroom. Review your sleep environment and reduce fluid intake in the two hours before bed. If fragmented sleep persists beyond two weeks despite consistent use of Yu Sleep, it’s worth consulting a doctor to rule out an underlying sleep condition.
Morning grogginess is most often caused by taking too high a dose or not allowing enough time in bed. Reduce your dose to 1 mL and ensure you’re giving yourself 7–9 hours of sleep opportunity (i.e., you’re not setting an alarm for 5 hours after taking the supplement). Avoid combining Yu Sleep with alcohol or other calming supplements, as this can amplify sedative effects and extend grogginess into the following day.
Mild digestive sensitivity in the first few days is occasionally reported and is typically caused by certain plant extracts on an empty stomach. Take Yu Sleep with a small light snack — such as a few crackers or a banana — to reduce this effect. The sensitivity usually resolves on its own after three to five nights as your body adjusts. If stomach discomfort is severe or persists beyond one week, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Yu Sleep contains natural plant extracts — including valerian root and passionflower — which have earthy, herbal, or slightly bitter notes that can vary slightly between production batches. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with the product. However, if the smell is sharp and rancid, or if the liquid appears discoloured or has visible sediment beyond the expected light haziness of natural extracts, discontinue use immediately and contact the support team for a replacement.
If you’ve worked through all the steps above and consistently used Yu Sleep for two full weeks without noticeable improvement, please contact the support team directly. There may be a specific factor in your routine or lifestyle that’s interfering with effectiveness, and the team can offer a personalised recommendation. In some cases, persistent sleep difficulties may also point to an underlying condition that warrants medical attention.

Yu Sleep is a supplement, not a pharmaceutical. If you suspect an underlying sleep disorder — such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, or severe chronic insomnia — please consult a healthcare professional. A supplement alone may not be sufficient to address these conditions.
